If, after placing your order, you realize you’ve made a mistake, please notify us within 2 hours so we can get you the correct products shipped out! We do not have the ability to cancel or alter your order after it has been shipped.
- We do not accept any returns, UNLESS it is our mistake and then we will gladly exchange the item at no additional expense to you!
- You have 10 business days to notify us if an exchange is necessary! (However, we do reserve the right to make that determination.)
- No items will be accepted for exchange after 10 business days has expired, so please check your order as soon as you get it (as if you could resist!!!)
- If a mistake has occurred, please alert us via our contact form. Please include your name, telephone number and order number – you will then receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
